Sunday breakfast, stumbled across Three Aces whilst browsing the nearby shops. Had the Huevos Benedictos! Poached eggs cooked perfectly, tasty beans, avo and chipotle hollandaise yum served on fresh turkish bread! Coffee was perfect, served just how i like it.

I have been to Three Aces a few times and always enjoyed my meal, however I’ve recently transitioned to vegan and found it really hard to eat here. I went for breakfast and ended up having a blat with no bacon, butter or aioli

Always an amazing meal! Definitely the best pancakes on the island. And always enough room for lots of us to fit for brekky when we have people stay!

Ample room and unique decor greets those with an appreciation for tasteful surroundings. The walls display the paintings of a very talented artist.
The staff, a little shy but friendly and approachable. I have visited three aces cafe many times. I have never had a negative experience, hence my decision to review this cafe. So what about the food?…it has always been of top standard, with generous servings and good coffee. For those who love Mexi…you will be pleased as the menu has some typical Mexi flavours. But there’s more…amazing milkshakes, freshly made cakes and pastries which are delicious. Reasonable prices for the experience.
Somehow l detect everything is created with the same passion and talent the artist boasts!

I like to be fair and l don’t judge overly harshly like others l’ve read (I.e. Too much food served or coffee too hot etc. etc.) but give this place a wide berth. Staff appeared to be raised by wolves, would not talk to us then mumbled incoherently when we had to ask about seating. Waited for a table, then had to grab it ourselves. Sat for 15 minutes while staring at the previous diners dirty plates while one of the staff wearing a filthy t-shirt walked out the front and had a smoke. Food was served in reasonable amount of time. The fancy $14.90 milkshake had a piece of brownie that was harder than granite. Seriously teeth breaking tough, at that price you shouldn’t get stale brownie. Avocado tasted very odd. Poached eggs over cooked. Very unfortunate dining experience and still waiting and hoping we’re not going to be ill.

Putrid coffee, it was burnt and served in a takeaway cup ( we were eating in) when I ask for something more in the coffee the barista was rude and insisted I was wrong . Pancakes were uncooked. Would not recommend this place. Very disappointed.

Good breakfast and good coffee in morning, service is friendly too. Size portion of the breaky is good. Definitely worth to come back again.
