• Much Ado About Food

  Ready Roasts is great value for money. They have large portions for a very reasonable price! Their chips, in particular, are very good. They’re rough-cut potatoes and I’m not sure if they make them in-store but they definitely taste homemade and don’t taste like they’ve come frozen. Their roasts are very good, too. I’ve tried their chicken and pork – both very tender and delicious. Also, crackling from the pork is delicious – super crispy and not hard! Great takeaway meal for those nights you are too lazy to cook dinner! I’d definitely get gravy, too. They’re also one of the few places that actually cook their peas properly. A lot of the time I find places don’t know how to cook peas and they taste semi-raw and are hard. I know it’s a very simple side and you usually wouldn’t think much of it, but peas and gravy are top notch here. Customer service is great and service is speedy! This is one of our go-to places when I’m too tired to cook. :)www.thejennichronicles.com

  Finally an opportunity to try Reddy Roasts. Who doesn’t love roasts? Medium Meat and Chips $12 was a great portion size. Well cooked meat and chips with a great gravy

  A filling take away meal, ate there tho! Got the medium roast pack, lamb and veggies. Friendly staff. Even provided mint sauce for the lamb. Good effort for a chain take away experience.
