Came here to eat last night with family. Venue was fine, a little squashy, kids enjoyed the play area. Others enjoyed their food, and mine was good too – I had the porterhouse steak with garlic butter and mash potato. The only issue with my meal was finding something gluten free to eat. There were a few options on the menu, but when I ordered my steak i was told that the chips were not GF by ingredient which was disappointing, but when I asked if i could replace them with potato I was told I couldn’t, and that the vegetables ‘probably’ had some potato in them. I decided to order the steak with a side of mash potatoes and was then told I could have the mash instead of the chips – I’m not sure if she was confused when I asked if I could swap the chips for potatoes? Steak was beautiful though, only regret was not ordering extra garlic butter for the mash potatoes! Didn’t have dessert – the only GF options were pavlova or fruit salad, and I had pavlova at home. Now that I know what to order here I would go again as the meal was nice, it was just a bit tarnished by the service of the woman taking orders

I’ve had the opportunity to eat here a few times at functions. Staff are really lovely but the food is quite average. Menu has a great selection of food but would be so much better if taken to the next level.
