The pizzas here are very good and by far the best in Croydon.The service is friendly and efficient and the prices reasonable. The fact the rating is only 3.1 reinforces my concerns that this forum is becoming quite irrelevant.
Big mates is my mate. Now I love an Aussie…the combination of egg bacon/ham on a pizza is the business. However, as we are all aware it is bastardising a pizza. My big mate from big mates makes a good one..:.they will be our source/contact for our pizza. However, I must say the app really caked my head in…the user experience was hopeless! Morse code would have been more efficient than trying to navigate your way through that thing
We used to have Big Mates as our number one Pizza place, but lately.. it feels like either they have gotten bored with the place, changed chefs or started getting cheap toppings… I don’t know what it is, but they are just no longer worth getting. Really sad and I hope that they can start taking on some of the community feedback that has been circling.They do amazing work with charities and special events though.
