This place is seriously disorganised and under staffed. We waited an hour for dumplings to arrive then rage quit and left…….. Zero stars.
Great quality dumplings. Really loved the pan fried pork and chive dumplings, theyre so fresh and flavoursome.
I recommend calling ahead for take away, as they are made fresh and you might have to wait a while. Worth it if youre local though

Great setting. In the heart of croydon. Food was delicious and plentiful. Their fried dumpling style is traditional and fantastic. They let us take away our leftovers. Great.
We decided to get take away dumplings from little dumpling the other week. It was a Saturday night and we called to order two servings of soupy dumplings at 715pm. We called up and were told it would be half an hour, which, was fine.
Arriving at 740 we expected to wait a 5 minutes for them to be ready. 8pm arrived and we asked if our order was ready yet and were told that they won’t be long. 815pm passed and we had enough, we asked for our money back and to cancel the order. The lady at the front told us the order was being cooked right now (of course) shortly after an order came out and was given directly to the lady next to us. Another 5 minutes pass and the lady whom received the last order of food came back complaining she didn’t get the correct order. She in fact was given our order.
Without hesitation the lady from little dumpling handed the bag directly from one customer to ourselves. Without an apology we were given the dumplings and sent on our way after 1:15 after our order.
It was a horrible and tiring experience and we will not be rushing back to little dumpling any time soon
Good but the priority seems to be takeaway. If you want a quick feed on a Friday your potentially better off asking the bakery on Main Street to cook you a loaf of bread when they open.
