Initially, I really liked this cafe. The coffee is decent and the prices are cheap, but the customer service is really appalling. Most recently, I had my change thrown back at me.
The limited number of cafes in the Dandenong plaza shopping centre is Beetle Cafe’s saving grace. I have been here a number of times and have always found it a little underwhelming, especially in terms of food. The service is generally good- friendly faces are a bonus. The coffee however definitely needs some work!
