I have been buying my Burek from here for at least 2 years and have always had a pleasant experience food and service wise.
A hidden gem, the bureks are ok at best but its the cevapi you come here for, juicy and seasoned well, combine with some ajvar, cabbage and bread for a simple and satisfying lunch, phone order ahead for takeaway to avoid waiting too long !
This place has come leaps and bounds since the new owners took over a few years ago. Great burek, awesome chevapi. A definite go to place for regular quality
Ok so I haven’t actually been to this place but I had the party size Motani beef bureks at a friend’s party (friend is Serbian and had ordered from here for their party). So it definitely says something when a person of Serbian background buys their bureks from you. I can’t really judge on texture/crunchiness, firstly I am no burek expert and secondly we got to the party late and by then the bureks had been sitting out at room temperature for at least 1 hour BUT the flavour was unforgettably good. So good that I am still thinking about it 2 months later. Shame it is quite far for us to go but anyone in the area should definitely not overlook this little shop.

Unreal!. I was driving past Dandenong feeling a bit pekish and this place popped out. Frankly it looks like a standard fare of your suburban take away places, I was expecting decent fast food, but nothing amazing. I walked in and was greeted with a strange menu of Eastern European burgers and sausages in rolls. The place was super busy so I thought what the heck.
I ordered a small burger and asked for the lady behind the bar to suggest whatever salad she would recommend. After my first bite I realised I am onto something special. Super tasty burger patty, very well grilled, exotic spicy salad that included some form of ricotta cheese infused with paprika and cabbage all on a really crispy fresh bread. Now I know I am raving here, but believe me this burger was friggin amazing! I cannot remember the last time I was this excited about simple food.
This place is a little gem, now on my list of regular places to eat in Dandenong. Highly recommended.
Great juicy burgers! Large is enough to share between two hungry people. Service is a little off but the food makes up for it!
