Second time visiting this very friendly restaurant within the heart of Dandenong. Portions were delicious as well as generous, and the customer service was extremely helpful and polite. Very cosy and will recommend this to anyone wanting to grab a quick bite or for anyone looking to have a little celebratory function.

We went to this place as a large group on a Friday evening and had the banquet served in a buffet style.
The place has a great ambience and the food is of excellent quality. The lamb and chicken skewers especially were soft n juicy. The breads that came were fresh and soft. The wait staff greeted us with a smile and were quite accommodating throughout the evening. The place is a BYO.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to eat Afghani / middle eastern food in Dandenong. We would love to be back at this place sometime soon!!!

Went in, left because we saw the menu prices. Didnt think 4 skewers were worth $35. The place was empty and it felt like a big rip off as there was a special that didnt apply for some reason or another which couldnt be explained properly

Ridiculously deliciousone of my all-time favourite restaurants. Have been here a few time, it is compulsory if I am in Dandenong, no matter with friends or solo. A lot of beautiful options which are tasty and fresh! An iconic place. The design speaks a lot about the place! Friendly staff and delicious food motivates to come again!

As very picky person, I am not usually satisfied with the quality of the food. But Pamir Restaurant could make a difference and truly deserved my applauses and appreciation with the exceptional quality food and costumer service. We had Mix Kebab platter consists of sliced and minced Lamb, Chicken kebabs and fell in love with it. Especially the Chicken Kebab is just Magnificent. Would recommend everyone who is after delicious food and friendly atmosphere

This place is disappointing. Upon arrival, my husband and I stood at the front counter for over five minutes waiting to be seated. A large group arrived behind us and seemed to be friends with the owner, so they overtook us and were seated first.

Once we were seated, we had to ask two different waitresses to take our drink order and had to ask five times if we could get some water, which eventually arrived half way through the meal.

We had the banquet. The food was so bland it bordered on being inedible. The meatball Koftas were mince and onion, no spices or herbs. The highlight of the dish would be the kebabs… Just. These are what I give the one point for otherwise it would be a zero rating.

The restaurant is stagnant. No music, except for some kind of reality show playing on the TV in the background.

Overall, a disappointing experience. The staff are disinterested, to the point of being rude. Food is mediocre and all this for the bargain price of $80.

Do your self a favour and spend your money elsewhere.

We had chicken & lamb kebabs which were juicy & tasty, the prawn curry which was mildly spicy & included green vegetables. The lamb samosas were fresh & fragrant and were complemented by the dips & salad. The bread was very fresh. Overall it was filling but without feeling heavy and too full. This left room for dessert & the honey cake went well with a cup of peppermint tea to finish. The service was friendly & quick as there were hardly any people there.
