Traditional setting like you would have in middle eastern countries. We ordered the serve for 2 which was very generous and actually 4 of us had a tough time finishing it. The only things we ordered over and above the serve for 2, was the chicken kebabs some salad and the yoghurt drink. The only drawback was their heating was not working and everyone had to sit with their jackets and woollens on. I would not recommend more than 4 people in one sitting.The meat was well cooked and the rice was fragrant and moist. Very well priced too!
Finally, 1 year after arriving in Aussie land, I managed to find a restaurant where I could re-live a few of those nostalgic days in Midde East. As soon as I entered this culturally themed restaurant, just by the aroma of the food, I realised that ‘YESSSSS’, this is what I was looking for. The staff is very polite and welcoming. The food is purely Iranian (Persian). The most recommended from their menu are, KOUBEIDAH (Lamb Sheesh Kebabs with Saffron rice), SHANDIZ (Lamb Cutlets with Saffron rice) and DIZI (Traditionally cooked lamb curry). Do try atleast all three of these. Good luck !!!
