It was good, we had the big breakfast and maple syrup pancakes with cappuccinos.
POSITIVE: we found both dishes we ordered generous and at a good price . the poached eggs were cooked to perfection with a semi liquid yolk.
NEGATIVE: only downfall were the heavyness of the pancakes after the meal. Would return though.

Certainly has many types of muffins on offer, but I’m not really a big fan of muffins! A very affordable place with very reasonably priced brunch fare compared to other more popular (and upmarket?) eateries in town. Would prefer a lot more Hollandaise sauce on my eggs benedict, but not too fussed since the price was okay.
Coffee is above average and definitely cheaper than other cafes! It’s a meeting place for locals to catch up and get their early morning coffee fix. Certainly a place for out-of-towners to mix with the locals to listen in on the local goss!
Though the food was enjoyable the customer service was attrocious, no consideration for customer comfort on a cold winter day. Apparently don’t come from 2pm onwards.
Favourite place in Daylesford and surrounds!!. Great home-cooked style food, amazing value, massive delicious meals, friendly customer service. Large, varied menu that caters for all makes being a fussy vegetarian in Daylesford a very enjoyable experience, meals are very adaptable so I won’t be stuck with only a few menu choices, especially as the staff and cooks are very willing to create a completely different dish to those available on the menu so meals can be personalised. Favourite place for breakfast in Daylesford and surrounds!!
Muffins and more? ….not much more. I understand that at the end of a busy day you’re not necessarily in the most friendly of moods but as a customer I expect politeness. The food and coffee were okay but not nice enough to make up for the appalling customer service. Definitely wouldn’t visit again.
There is certainly more than muffins on offer at this delightful little eatery. M&M can be a tad difficult to find, tucked away just off the Main Street, but well worth the effort in seeking out. In summary M&M is a prudent option for those looking for an inexpensive brekky or lunch 🙂
