We came from Melbourne for a couple of days and stopped for a quick bite the service was good, the ambience lovely and the French toast delicious one of the best Ive had in a long time…..
One of the best BLT’s I’ve had and the coffee ain’t half bad too. Service was friendly and atmosphere / decor very nice. Great for a stopover.
A little bit pricey for the portion we got. Ordered the fish and chips, it was only 4 little pieces of fish; which was very dry. Service was average, not as friendly as other places in Daylesford. Not coming back
Clockwise- avocado smash, burger, lamb pie, rhubarb dessert, scrambled eggs on toast. Great service. Great coffee. Great atmosphere. I got the lamb pie with salad. It was very succulent and delicious!
I thoroughly enjoyed the food here. Fresh and well made food, lovely interior. But the best part was the customer service from the lovely Italian man. If come back just for him
Food was nice, big breakfast, A little smaller than what I’m used to. Chocolate milk shake only filled half the cup. Nice but over priced for what s served
As the one and only place we’d ever had lunch in at Daylesford, I doubt that this place represents the great vibe of Daylesford all around it. Just after we ordered, we noticed that the food pusher of their juicer had fallen to the ground, was picked up and placed back into the juicer without being washed – nobody wants dust and germs in their fresh apple juice. The ambiance of the place died for us after that point as we felt that the staff do not care about the quality of their service and produce. Whilst my chicken and avo salad was not bad with tender chicken and good flavour, unfortunately my partner’s parma was a let down. The chicken was soggy and the chips had an old oil taste. We would say that whilst this place was ok, it was not great for something we had to pull our wallets out for and definitely not the highlight of our day. 🙁
