Small and cosy cafe, with good Vietnamese food. We enjoyed the lemon grass beef vermicelli especially! The pork spring rolls were tasty and decent for $6. The fish claypot was a bit salty but is complemented with rice which you can replace with veggies instead. The chicken pho came with good broth. The service was excellent with the waitress being really attentive and helpful

It may not be the best Pho in town but it ticks all other items to be a goto place. Service is top notch, ambience is cosy and food selection is interesting. Not the usual pho serving size but the food and drink quality are commendable. Also this is the first pho place where I can find a fish meal and it is not bad!
We must have caught District Pho on an exceptionally bad day when we visited for the the very first time on a Sunday evening, as we faced multiple problems. When we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by an overwhelming smell of oil so that by the end of our meal, all our clothes were saturated with the stink of oil. Hopefully the ventilation issue is a temporary situation.
We were served by one friendly and attentive waitress but the other waitress on duty was cold and rude. This Jekyll and Hyde type service I can over look but the straw that broke my back was the amount of salt in all 4 bowls of pho that we ordered. I’m talking about lip curling, tongue numbing saltiness.
So for oily air, semi salty service and super salty food….it’s 2 stars from Sunny Days.
Delicious food and really friendly service. Nothing was too hard or too much trouble. Wed go again in a heartbeat when were in the area. We were a group of 12 with kids in tow but the lady who was front of house was unflappable and really (and genuinely) nice throughout. All in a reality pleasant experience.
A very cute Vietnamese restaurant , we tried the bun bo hue, spring rolls and pho. The bun bo hue was quite spicy and the broth also pretty fragrant, the pho we found was lacking flavour . The spring rolls we loved , nice and crispy with fresh prawns, we liked these a lot and wished there were more for the price
One of the best pho shop in Melbourne. The staff are so friendly and efficient. Great quality food for very cheap price and rice paper rolls are served with warm peanut sauce. Very thoughtful from the kitchen.
