Will never return, better off going to Maccas then coming here! That’s how bad it is!
Never, ever again!! Please do yourself a favour and steer clear of this place!
Came here for drinks and pool. Reasonably priced drinks, EXCELLENT CHIPS and a great pool table. Outdoor section is really cool too. Great local pub.
Had a pretty decent night out here. Original Parma & the prawn and scallop pasta were delicious, drinks were good, service was pretty good & everything was well priced.
Attended for a LARGE family gathering…otherwise why else?
Everything was way too hard for this crew and not willing to compromise on anything considering we were bringing 60+ covers (even though they only allowed a maximum of 50 before trying to push you into a function space…that would NOT have fit the people we had comfortably) to their establishment. Staff were incredibly unfriendly. Ambiance and aesthetics weren’t any better than what you’d expect from a Tatt’s focussed venue.
Food was ok. Staff and service was HORRID.
A complete lack of understanding to what HOSPITALITY is about. No generous and warm smiles. No understanding or attempt to try and make the experience enjoyable and memorable.
Completely understaffed also (which might explain their grumpiness, but don’t project that onto the customers) and waiting to order took 20 minutes standing in a queue. 20 bloody minutes. Do table orders if you can not get your shit together and have multiple cashiers and/or points to order. Seriously.
I’m actually glad the experience was so bad and we can find another venue for our monthly family gatherings.
Well done on costing the venue what…$2,500 a month.
Don’t make it so bloody hard for people to want to enjoy spending money at your venue.
But then…the focus must obviously be on the gamblers.
My advice: find a small venue that truly cares about their customers and their experience and give your money to them. They’ll be happier. You’ll be happier.
We went to go and try a local place for a family friendly meal. Our son was excited to get into the play area which was great and the screens to watch as they played were really good. The balloon person and face painter were a good addition on a busy Saturday night, but the food was terrible!
The menu was typical of a club like this however once we ordered the meals came fairly quickly but they were really very bad.
The classic chicken Parma which should be a basic meal was cold, soggy and remarkably lacked ham, despite it being listed on the menu – a basic staple for a chicken Parma. The burger was so incredibly oily that it was a meal that was difficult to digest and even harder to enjoy.
When I asked for a refund on the Parma that was sent back and no replacement was requested because of the quality we were told by the waitress Leanne that no meal was returned so no refund would be offered. As quick as that we were left at the table with no further discussion to be entered in to.
This was an incredibly disappointing night out, awful meals and a completely forgettable experience. We will not be returning!
Relaxed family restaurant. I’ve had the steak sandwich here and it was decent. Not the best I’ve ever eaten but it was nice and reasonably priced.
There are other places nearby with simple meals like this place but I think the DPC does well in comparison.
A friend of mine hired the function room here recently and said it was pretty good value compared to similar venues.
Parma night. Great parmas for 12 dollars. for those that made the review allergies to sauce no changes to parmas. Why would you then want to order a Parma if u are allergic, order something else there is a wide range of menu. People that make these reviews are just being cheapskates. I had a great experience and it was real chicken not that cheap nasty processed chicken.
