Was very pleasently surprised. This place is great. Selection is great, the build your own salad works a treat. The service is fantastic and ive been back twice. Highly recommend it, you wont be disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this restaurant at all. Salad tastes average but cost 17$ for one. They made wrong order many times and treated you badly if you ask them to remake one. The owner is very crazy. I went in today to ask for a salad, but she treated very rudely in the counter just because last time I asked them to remake a salad that they made wrong. They did not remake one or apologise anyways. I was very disappointed. I am also not surprised to see that they do not have many customers in the busy hours. Who want an expensive salad that is always made wrong when you can get some very delicious Salad with all options for only 10.99 in cafe nearby. I have to tell you. It is not the right way to be rude to regular customers. I thank you for saving me 17$ for a salad today. Thank you for treating me so rudely. I will never come again and I will not recommend this restaurant at all. Unless you want to risk average taste pricy wrong salad with terrible attitude. Good luck

I knew I am a lucky guy but not as lucky as this time that I have Chia Chia at the ground floor of my office 😉 This cafe is one of my best coffee shops I’ve visited in Melbourne and I am in love with this place for the right reasons some of which are mentioned below..
1. A very warm and a lovely staff who can make you feel home!
2. One of the best places to fall in love with your coffee
3. Great food for the best price!
4. Awesome location with a nice ambience
5. Best customer service
And this list can go on.. 😉

At first, I laughed at how expensive a salad here was ($13) but after receiving my meal, I’m happy to pay that much. Fresh ingredients, you can customise your salad and the portion is HUGE! On top of that, service has always been consistently friendly and welcoming.
The concept of creating your own salad is great, however the execution is so poor. My order have been incorrectly made 8 times out of 10, each time I could not be bothered taking it back after having already gone back to my office. I order the same thing each and every time, yet they manage to always stuff it up, if it’s not leaving out the dressing it’s getting my choices wrong. My smoke salmon was often only a few pieces (I,e, max of 10 tiny strips of smoke salmon)
Hands down best smashed avo and eggs in Melbourne! Their create your own salad for lunch is a MUST! So many options and a decent serving too which won’t leave you hungry. Not to mention the beautiful staff who always greet you with a smile. Favourite breakfast/lunch spot 🙂
I absolutely love this place every time I go I’m greeted with a great smile by the girls no matter how busy they are (and they do get really busy at lunch!!) Really fresh ingredients, the portions are massive and just overall delicious
