Finally a great new cafe to the Docklands area. Great coffee, breakfast was tasty, had the avo smash which was very yum and super friendly staff! Keep it up guys!!!
Living in Docklands equates to commuting far, far away to find a good cafe. Cocobei opened up downstairs to where we live and this was a pleasant surprise…a cafe with lovely ambience, hipster-like architecture, and a cool little menu? We decided to give it a go and boy, were we in for a great treat!
Right from the entrace, we were greeted with amazing hospitality and a vibe of ‘goodness’! We ordered some coffees first and were treated to some custom designs on top of the coffee, from the barista. The coffees were out of this world. We then moved on to some food, with the kimchi scrambled eggs and fried chicken as well as the avocado and egg. The kimchi eggs with fried chicken pretty much made me realise that the best cafe in Melbourne was right under my apartment! Food, coffee, service, ambience…everything was faultless.
If you happen to be in Docklands or in Melbourne, I highly recommend you check out Cocobei…you won’t be disappointed and may actually consider moving to Docklands in the near future!
