My slice/cake for $4.50 was served cold and it was pretty dry. I wasnt that impressed with it and I wouldnt buy one again.
The croissants were $5 which I thought was a bit steep. Id definitely go back for coffee.
I had already tried Trillium (ahhhhmazing) and Miss Frank in this chain, so this place was a must try, and did not disappoint! I had to be strategic with my visit, being in Collins Square it could not be my usual Saturday brunch destination, but worth the effort! Apple Pie Porridge and the coffee was warm and strong, just as I like it! The prices are FANTASTIC, $13.80 for the porridge AND the coffee!!!
Whatever they’re paying the barista here is probably not enough. This place was recommended by a good friend. It has astonishingly good coffee that is lovingly and expertly made. Best one I’ve had for quite a while. The front of house service was a little offhand but the exquisite beauty of the coffee made it all worthwhile.
