Im no expert in poke, but I do really enjoy the food they turn out here. Fresh quality ingredients, well balanced mix in the bowl and a relatively healthy meal that isnt entirely depressing. Reasonable value for money. Its not something I crave often but when I do, they do not disappoint.
I love poked bowls. I got the small heat wave with mixed salad for lunch. The heat wave included: seared salmon, spicy shoyu, edamame, carrot, corn, seaweed salad and pickled daikon. All was good but there was a bit too much sauce which made it a bit too salty.
