Scugnizzo is a pretty little hidden restaurant in Little Bourke street.
We went here for a our Christmas office lunch recently and were fairly satisfied with the experience.
The menu is well suited to most people and the staff are lovely.
I ordered the following
> Mediterranea pizza – a well priced pizza that tasted well. Loved the vegetable choices on there and the delicious pizza sauce.
> Caprese Salad – can never go wrong with tomato, mozzarella and basil on a plate. Great salad.
> Unsure what the third item was but please refer to the photos. It was really tasty too. The sauce was well made and made this dish so rich.
Overall, a nice restaurant to visit if you feel like some well priced Italian food.

The food is pricy, but very delicious and worth it. The atmosphere was lovely and had a very intimate feel to it. I hope to come back here soon and take other friends to this restaurant because it has been my favourite Italian experience in Melbourne so far!
