Shinsei is your average quick-stop if youre in the area. Their sushi is like most take-away sushi places in Melbourne: mediocre and with rice that is too compact and hard. The sweet potato fries have a good crunchy texture, but is lacking in flavour.
I cant comment on the environment as its a food court type of place while the service is okay. Overall, its not bad food if you want some simple takeaway.
