Seems there are new places opening up in Docklands all the time and Sushi Bay is one such place that skipped open under my radar until today. They offer sushi rolls and mixed sushi packs behind the counter and selection of made to order soups, rice bowls and bento plus the essential gyoza. Today I felt like beefing up with a teriyaki beef rice bowl. This bowl was generously proportioned and a step above your typical bowl. Great presentation and tasty sauce… importantly enough to blend with and flavour the rice. Seemed to be a steady stream of customers but not so much that Sushi Bay the was packed out. Most seemed to take away but there is a nice seated area.
