Review:
Quick to serve, they stuffed my mixed tofu into the classic combo of spring onions, carrots and spread.
What really stood out was the heaviness of the tofu – their marinade reminds me of the temple stir fried, charcoal flavour and the addition of caramalized onions and shallots was a really nice surprise.
I adore that combo – it adds a little bit of sweetness to every bite without being too overwhelming.
