Don’t expect much with the service because that’s how it is in HK. Food was spot on. Very hk cafe style where you get a side of toast and an omelette with certain dishes. They have an array of drinks. Only downside is that some of the dishes are quite oily
Great Hong Kong style cafe, it is always packed full with people. Always consistent with quality, Generous portions, Great value. Dont expect service or attentive staff, it is non-existent, it is just another typical HK style cafe, i.e. No service but cheap fast quality food.

However, beef brisket and tendon noodle soup was so good and with the authentic Hong Kong tea, all for $10.80 for a lunch deal, would be enough to woo me back for a second visit soon.
Having been here a couple of times, it’s clear that the large portions of typical Hong Kong style food at a reasonable price is what gets people to return over and over again.
The quality of service varies dramatically, depending on how busy the place is. At times, it is a huge challenge to attract the attention of the wait staff.
So if you can put up with that, Golden Harvest is a great place for Hong Kong comfort food.
Very traditional Hongkongnese cafe with delicious afternoon teas. I have not been drunk a large glass of lemon tea in high tea until this time. Dishes r big and enough for lunch/dinner with very lovely prices.
My review is based off other Cha Charn Tang’s, basically a Hong Kong Style Caf.If you are interested in Hong Kong style caf food, this is definitely the place to go.It is clean, fast, and the flavours are what you’d expect them to be if you were overseas in Hong Kong.Milk Tea is good, the daily specials change and extremely good value for money. Food is pretty consistent. Took my family there who used to live in HK and they have praised the food for being a consistent with the food back home. When the location is a bit out of the way, but there are still people lining up and is packed, you know the foods good.
