A mixed Chinese and Vietnamese style restaurant hidden in a corner at Tunstall Square. Lunch menu is cheap with $10-13 a meal, which includes a drink.

Their Hong Kong style milk tea is quite nice, it has a rich flavor and isn’t overly watery or sweet like other places. Their warm milk tea is unsweetened, and their cold one is barely sweet at all, which is perfect for someone who doesn’t appreciate very sweet drinks.

The food was average. As a clearly Chinese owned and run restaurant, I honestly wouldn’t recommend getting of their Vietnamese food. The fried chicken and tomato rice was quite flavorless, but the chicken had a nice crunch. Was disappointed to see it was literally chicken and rice, it would’ve looked better with a side salad. The vermicelli with pork was overly sweet, the pork itself was very sweet and so was the sauce. The dry beef noodles was alright, not overly oily but not too well flavored.

Service was polite and food came at a reasonable speed. Overall was a reasonable pleasant lunch, but nothing outstanding about this place.

I like their prawn dumpling noodle soup and friendly staff. Their milk tea is the best around the area! It is a great place to dine, will come back for many many times.

The place to come for no fuss service and no long wait but yummy comfort food. Will always order their satay chicken crispy noodles and Portugal chicken baked rice. So authentic…just like if you have entered a in hongkong.

Located at the corner of Tunstall Square, High tea inn is an outlet that offers competitively priced dishes that are cooked to a high standard. The staff are also friendly and attentive.

Small local and tasty restaurant hidden in the corner of Tunstall Square. Price is average for the surrounding area. A handy place to stop by for a quick bite to eat.

Not that great. Charged 50cents for every takeaway container. Food was very average. Service was not bad. Would still recommend as it’s a nice restaurant to catch up with friends. Lots of space.

QUITE IMPRESSED…SMALL LOCAL RESTAURANT. Dined here tonight with my family not knowing what to expect after reading mixed reviews. We found this place to be very friendly although their english is not to good but very helpful, great extensive menu and very tasty food. Portions sizes were not enormous but large enough, particularly loved the Black Pepper Beef and the Singapore Noodles. Beef was vey tender and full of flavour. Prices were as you would expect in any other chinese restaurants. Restaurant is fully licensed which is a bonus. The place is set up with booths and tables and has atmosphere. Food didn’t take to long to come out and I liked the fact that they bought out the entrees and waited till we finished them before bringing out the mains shortly after. Staff attentive. Don’t know what the negative feedback is all about we couldn’t fault this place. Plenty of parking in the square. Nicest chinese food I have had in a while. Would definitely go back and have take-a-way from here in the future.
