3.5. Stopped here for a quick bite before the movies as we heard this place has the best on the east side. This place have the worlds best Margherita pizza in 2016. We only ordered pizzas as we were short on time. The place was already filling up despite the early hour. The food came out on record time. Highlights: the dough. This is what Italian pizzas are all about. Lowlights: Positano pizza was a little off the mark. There were some very salty parts. Boy Bear has very heavy taste buds and if hes guzzling that water then you know its gonna be salty.

Certainly worth going here and if you want to cool off get you lips around the gelato bar next door . Its about time dromana had a great place like this.
This place has the best and most unique pizzas in town. As with most things, it’s best to consume your order at the restaurant when it’s fresh out of the Zero 95 wood fire oven.
It gets busy very quickly so booking ahead is a good idea. I did it online via their website without any problems.
We started our Zero 95 journey with the polenta sticks which came with truffle sauce – this was super amazing. Polenta is not something I find interesting or exciting but Zero 95 managed to turn it into something that popped in my mouth. The crunchy exterior and the polenta interior went well with the truffle sauce. Never had anything like this before and cannot wait to overdose on it again.
Their award winning Margherita deserves every medal it has garnered. The pizza base was soft and chewy. It was not full of oil and the minimalistic topping was surprisingly perfect. The Stromboli was slightly more ‘busy’ with various toppings – you can’t go past the fried eggplant and ricotta cheese without swooning.
So for Zero 95, I give it a 100%!
