Tried this new place for the crossing bridge noodles. Was a bit plain, but generous serving size. The hot pot version was more flavourful. Pork chop was nice and simple, cooked well and added a protein element to the meal.
Will be back to try out other dishes.
Ordered yunan beef stir-fry, crossing the bridge noodles and yunan soy sauce chicken (half). Beef stir-fry was great. Noodles were not bad. But what disappointed us was the chicken. Each piece had a layer of fat, a tiniest slither meat and rest all bones. Where are my breast and leg meat at? And why does my half-chicken have 2 necks (5 pieces)? Definitely not worth the $19 price tag (don’t let my photo fool you!). Will eventually return to try other dishes but won’t be ordering the chicken.
