Amazing almond croissant! Light and flaky exterior, sinfully buttery inside and generously topped with flaked almonds and filled with almond paste.
That and the wonderfully light yet slight chewy honey oat bread was enough to win me over.
The challah roll was soft and fluffy, but can’t beat the ones from my favourite bakery.
The fellow serving me was super friendly and chatty. I’m definitely going to have to seek out more of Woodfrog’s offerings at a shop nearer to me.

First visit to the gym in 2019 and afterwards went into Doncaster Shoppingtown for some supplies for lunch. Called past the Woodfrog Bakery Kiosk and had to try their baguettes. Ive tried them at the other Woodfrog stores and never been disappointed and today was no exception. Delicious crisp outer and soft sourdough centre. They also do a very good pumpkin bread and pastries. Well worth considering over the bulk standard bakeries in close proximity.
