Flaming lamb serves us khmer lamb skewars marinated in the soth east asian holy trinity of galangal tumeric and garlic. These guys throw in some chilli to give it some kick.
Coal cooked and fresh as, the lamb is tender and very tasty. Honestly though its the smoke from the coal that adds that extra unmistakable flavour
$10 for 3 skewers or $10 for a lamb roll which is 2 skewers and pickled veg in a french style roll. Its cambodias version of banh mi and the best value of the 2 options. The pickled veg was a little more mainstream with carrot lettuce rather than carrot green papaya and chilli but still very tasty and not soft. It still had good crunch.
Id love to see the 3 skewers a little cheaper as well as the roll but i enjoyed every bite so I wont complain.
Try it out great simple food served with a big smile.
