I enjoyed everything about my experience at Hard Pressed. Service was excellent, the cafe has that great Melbourne ambience to it, and their food is superb. Check out the plating! One to try if you’re in search of a filling and innovative dish.
I dont know how stoked I was with this lunch experience for $14.50 The staff were pleasant enough but the ham, cheese and tomato toastie has the wrong ratios and $9 seemed a little steep for it. Ordered the Vietnamese style coffee which was too milky and lacked condensed milk. Definitely not a destination.

Fantastic coffee and friendly staff! Great ambience about the place as well. Loved the tunes and decor. Would visit again to try some food on their menu.
