Absolutely terrible food. Miniscule amounts of salmon on a salmon pizza – it was basically cheese. Extremely oily and not tasty. Extremely disappointed, never order from here.
The owner (?) or cook was friendly and accommodating however that is where the positive comments start and end. We waited an incredibly long time for food, which considering we were one of two tables did not make sense. My pasta was still raw – not al dente but basically inedible. I didn’t have enough time to rectify so tried to eat the softer bits.The sauce wasn’t too bad. Definitely not worth $15. My lunch companions all received pizza with raw dough. Such a shame but unfortunately would not ever revisit.
The manager was painting the kitchens walls in the middle of service on a Saturday night, something that could probably wait for a more appropriate time, as well as unprofessional and unsafe when in the area of cooking food, this left the chef to cook by himself and stressed. The manager spoke to his staff appalling, disrespecting them loud enough for customers to hear, offering to help but continuing painting instead. The waitress left the restaurant at least 3 times in the time we were their to go and get food and supplies from the nearby supermarket. Our food was overcooked and had no seasoning or flavour. The manager spoke appalling to a group of people that had been waiting 45 minutes for their food and wanting a refund, the language and tone used by the manager was offensive and rude, he should not be in customer service with his appalling attitude. We wished we went to the fish and chip shop
Waited 3 hours for an order! After spending so much money you’d expect it to be amazing,
Not only did it not have any flavour, we were missing things and had to chase it up several times, they were understaffed and it was just a shit show.
When people confronted the situation the chef was nasty and disrespectful.
I won’t be returning and I will not suggest this place to anyone else.
Bitterly dissapointed.
3 hour wait!
It took 3 hours for our food to be ready and with no warning!
Food was missing and some of it was inedible. And the owner/manager could care less. No refund was given after we stated that there had been a 3 hour wait for our food.
Obviously understaffed and they do not care about customer service or their food.
After ordering $180 worth of pizza and pasta and waiting 3 hours for it, it is fair to say we are very disgruntled.
Never once were we offered a refund for waiting for our food, but also our order was made wrong. They ran out of most products.
The pizzas were fairly average and we had to chase up our order over 4 times. The owner kept apologising and saying we were upgraded when really we weren’t, as he ran out of family size pizza bases so hard to make our order correct.
I have never had such terrible service from a restaurant, I would never return to this restaurant nor would I suggest anyone to go to this restaurant.
PATHETIC!! Ordered our pizza at 6:30! Got our full order at 9:30. The rudest chef anyone had ever met and I feel bad for the poor girl at the counter! No refund, and absolute shit show of a a restaurant. Pathetic customer service, cold food and no flavour. What a waste of $180!!
