Pho Van is located on Nepean Highway in Chelsea. Its a basic set up inside but its my local & Im a big fan. Very family friendly & popular with small groups & also those happy to slurp alone.
The servings are generous & you can easily get a big feed for under $10. The veggie pho is delicious & my favourite. The broth is light, flavoursome & it comes with plenty of noodles, tofu, carrot & broccoli plus they accomodate my dislike of coriander. I also love the fried rice & their veggie rice paper rolls are so fresh & tasty.
