Antique Bar’s reputation as the best bar in Elsternwick exists for a reason. A suave classy environment, it’s the perfect spot for a few drinks. Owner Sam is the perfect gentleman and a fantastic host. Will definitely be back 🙂
This is probably the only nightlife bar you can smoke in elsternwick at out the back in a well heated area. Live bands great service owner always on the premises to greet you in had snacks and a couple of drinks. I’ll be back for the bottomless wine buffet on Saturday. Great selection well done guys great service. Downside no smoking or drinking in smokers area or outside after 1am
Antique bar is a gorgeous bar with really cute interior and a nice and cozy vibe. Cocktail prices are really decent and they have some nice food. We weren’t so impressed by 21$ for extremely runny Camembert but drinks and live music on a Sunday is always great!
Visited this place recently, has a beautiful ambience and one of the coolest bartenders. We actually had a scheme where we got a small pizza and a wine. We ordered the Margerita which was good, the BBQ Chicken which was again good and a Meat Lovers Pizza which was great. Overall enjoyed the ambience and the food. Would recommend.
Love Antique Bar! Cosy little place for a few drinks! The apple pie cocktail is my favourite. Sundays have a good atmosphere with live music, canaps and $29 wine Buffet! Being a members is worthwhile too!
Ok so this place is quite pricey which is the only reason I’ve given 4.5 instead of 5. Otherwise they probably do the best cocktails I’ve ever had. They have a large selection and all the ones I’ve tried have been delicious. Especially the chocolate martinis. And they’re not stingey with the alcohol. Atmosphere is quaint and chilled and perfect for chatting over drinks.

Staff are very friendly, it gets crowded on weekend so I recommend to go there on weekdays which has happy hour!
