to me, fish and chips was always just fish and chips. no telling which was good and which wasn’t besides from the freshness of the chips and the crunch factor. well Flippin’ Fish & Chippery completely changed my perspective on that! came in one night and we ordered the family pack. not only did it have the crunch factor and was not drenched in oil, the flake was unlike any other I have had before. I could tell it was fresh and that is afterall what this shop is known for.
The fish and chips are ok here. They do taste a little more healthy than other places, however the food is slightly plain and tastes like something is missing
Very clean shop and friendly staff. Fresh food however the batter they use wasn’t very nice. Couldn’t put my finger exactly what they had done but it was like a processed packet mix and ruined the food
My work friends and I have come to eat here 3 times and each time the lady who serves there is so rude and aggressive. You can’t ask for simple things such as, napkins, extra sauce, extra boxes for the food without having a rude and angry response. My work friend tried paying with card today and the lady who works there threw the card back at her telling her only cash is accepted. There is no need to be so rude and it doesn’t cost anything to be kind towards people especially if you want your customers to return. No need to take out your problems on other people!!!
On a friday night the wait is always long, but hey, you expect that at any fish and chip place on a friday. But oh my goodness, the chips! The perfect crispy crunch into a light fluffy inside, and they are never oily or over salted. Well worth the friday night wait!
Great food. Best fish n chips. Been coming for years and when we have guests who feel like fnc’s we always go there and they are very impressed… Very good value. Feed 3 very hungry people the other day, there were left overs and all under $30. One person wrote that their meal was $37 or so and they order for one person only… I would’ve questioned that because obviously it was a mistake you goose!!!

Dry chips and ridiculously small quantity. Title says it all.
Minimum chips at almost every fish and chip shop in town will fill an empty stomach… Not at Flippin-Fish & Chippery.
I was amazed at how the tiny amount received, so I expected nice crunchy chips. Didn’t even get that. Won’t go back.
