Excellently prepared meals, one of the best cafes around Essendon if I must say. The Veggie Roti is an absolute must try! We really loved our meals – The Mediterranean and the Salmon stack, will be back again thats for sure!
(Only thing – we waited for almost half an hour for our food to arrive, but to be fair it was Sunday morning and they had a full house)
I like this cafe, its more a 3.5 but there are no half scores anymore. A nice local cafe with seating outside if you need. Good coffee and giant, tasty milkshakes.
My go-to here is the Bomb. A avo dish that has lots of flavour. They often have sweet treats on the specials board like a loaded pancake dish. Theyre always good!
We tried this awesome place @friendsofours.cafe in Essendon. Close to home and amongst a strip of shops perfect for a weekend stroll. Family friendly, cute coffee take away window for those on the move and wonderful service. We shared the Salmon Stack, The Bomb and Corn Fritters, loved the kidney bean paste and hollandaise combo on the stack! Coffees were dlish with a side of tiny teddies haha great idea guys Highly recommend this popular spot with heaps of variety for all tastebuds and tummys.

– Avo smash was a bit out of the packet taste, lighting inside, coffee arrived after meals did, table water luke warm on hot day.
Had an amazing brunch with a friend at Friends of Ours. Every welcoming and a nice cosy cafe feel. The food was amazing ! Lovely thought into the presentation of the dishes and tasted just as good. Will definitely be back again
