What a fine Chocolatier and a delicious selection of all the best treats you can think of and theres so many beautiful handcrafted pieces that your scrambling to choose.
I tried for the first time their chocolate raspberry mouse which was mouthwatering and amazingly delicious. At first I thought it was probably going to be dried up and bit bland but its smooth texture, fluffiness, perfect balance of sweetness and simplicity that made it one of my favourites.
They make really good coffee which we all need late in the afternoons and I love their vegan hot chocolate with soy….that always satisfies!!
We purchased the Brownie Mousse cake from Ganache in Essendon. It included a bottom layer of dark chocolate sponge brownie, a layer of chocolate anglais, a layer of delicious, smooth dark chocolate mousse and finished with a very thin top layer of chocolate glaze. The cake was super delicious, rich but delightful.
Sheer decadence.
Chocolates everywhere.
Coffee and chocolates or coffee without chocolates. Hot chocolate too.
Cakes and pastries as well. Nothing wrong here!
