Thoroughly enjoyed the Istanbul Cafe Grill Bar. While the menu isn’t exclusively Turkish what Yilmaz & the crew have on offer will take you on a journey to downturn Istanbul where both the food & people are memorable. Overall ICGB comes highly recommended at around $35ph for a good feed, plus drinks 🙂
On a cold Friday night we popped into this local and were received with a warm welcome and smiles from the staff. The restaurant is small but comfortable and cosy. We shared the dips which were delicious and I discovered were made in the kitchen. The star was the mixed grill. The meat was tasty and delicious and served on a bed of rice. The serving was very generous. We ended up with a variety of Turkish desert which I highly recommend. And finally a place with reasonably priced drinks. We are definitely coming back with friends
