Went here a couple of days ago for a nice tea after work. My partner was enthusiastic about the small pieces of bread and really enjoyed eating those until while we waited for our food. We both shared a pasta and a calzone which were both so delectable. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos cause it looked so good and it tasted much better.

Other than the food the decor was minimal but was still enough that it didnt look cluttered. And being close to were the freshly made wood fire pizzas were being made was cool. On top of that our waiter was mint.

Thanks for the food and service we will be back

Rustic italian eatery. Good pizza great toppings and decent pasta. The service is fast and the prices are average. Worth going especially for family or larger groups.

Were looking for a family restaurant to cater for 5 & 8 year olds and this place did so. They gave our kids pizza dough to play with while we ordered and waited for our food. We ordered chips, garlic bread and shared a Hawaiian pizza. The pizza was wood fire & delicious. We wouldn’t go here for date night but will definitely come back as a family and with extended family.

I think this place has changed hands, the food still looks good but the service leaves a little to be desired.

I’m not sure that I would go out of my way to go here again

We have always enjoyed the food here. We have tried a lot of things on the menu – pizza, pasta, risotto, salads. All very tasty. We were very disappointed with some take away pizzas that we recently ordered. They were burnt, badly made and tasted awful.

The menu is truly traditional, and ill be back to explore it a little more as they do dishes that are now long gone from most menus. Nice ambiance, kept clean and the staff pleasant. Good value for the size of the dish.Warm bread with butter served and table water was freely offered. The pasta Martrigiana with chilli was spot on, the grilled calamari was definitely fresh and the side salad was traditionally dressed with a flavoursome olive oil. Wood fired pizza was nice , the Caesarsalad had all the ingredient’salbeit a boiled egg instead of poachedbut was lacking some thing in the dressing that made it rather bland.

Very traditional (read has not changed in 20 years) pizza and pasta place. Reliably offers the standard suburban pizza from my childhood. Great with families and in particular difficult younger kids. On many occasions the staff will bring aome pizza dough to keep the kids entertained until the food arrives.
