Well the service is slow, the burgers are good.
The wait is horrendous. No warning. It took 15 minutes to get a drink and a further 50 minutes for the burger. No top up on the drinks until the burgers arrived
They were not that busy
Really enjoyed my burger and I was stuffed!
Had the triple patty burger with fries.
Needed more sauce though so I was spraying the burger with habanero Tabasco for flavor.
Wait staff didnt see us for ages so we were standing at the wait to be seated for a while.
I might add that it was that busy and we are not hard to miss, my cousin is 69 who was with me.
Will try the bayswater location next time

Visited for lunch with a friend, ordered the Rosie, and loved it. A huge tasty burger, which I couldn’t finish. The maple bacon is super appealing. Ordered a lager from the tap menu, which was the perfect accompaniment to the meal, as well as a serve of the onion rings done in panko. Yum! Service was ace with the friendly burger guy who knew his stuff. Thank you, will visit again for sure.
Used to be the old captians america. WOW they have worked wonders on the venue. It’s amazing. The food is great as well. The rosiefried chicken burger is great and so are all the loaded fries.
50% of the burger was raw, which could lead to food poisoning. Salmonella, e-coli and campylobacter live on the outside of meat. If the meat is minced as in a burger, those bacteria could still be living on the inside. According to the UK Food Standards Agency you should cook burgers until steaming hot all the way through, until no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. I’ve never had a burger served raw like that, it was sickening. The waiter told me that is how they make the, full-stop.
We had a very good experience here; service was very fast and very friendly.
The food was great, loved that any of the options could be customised to be vegetarian. The ‘Pleat’ patty was a really tasty meat alternative. Coffee was good. Nice range of craft beers and cocktails available too.
Interioris new, with modern decor and lighting. Ambience was trendy and bar-like with a grungy industrial twist. Family friendly.
