Best fish and chip shop in the area. Used to come here often with friends back in high school, glad to see the food is still as good as it used to be! Service is relatively quick and the couple running the shop are very friendly (and often provide extra potato cakes!)
Delicious! Crunchiest fish and chips we have had in a long time! We drove around for ages trying to find ‘authentic’ fish and chips and very glad we stumbled upon this gem. Family working are so sweet, especially the son (assuming he is) he even made us up a little bag of chicken salt to take away when we couldn’t decide which salt to have 🙂 legend!
Happily to the shop open on a quiet Monday morning and the food was great! Had a Burger Combo that came with a Burger lot, Chips, Sauce and a can of Coke. The food was served within 10 minutes, generous size for a hungry adult, great value for money. Left full and satisfied. Word definitely back again if in the area.

So lucky to live close to this place. Really friendly staff and decent fish and chips, pretty cheap. Veggie burger isn’t that great but the hamburger with the lot is delish. They often throw in an extra potato cake which is always a big plus!

We discovered them recently, a shame to not to have done it before.
Tasty, cheap, & with very friendly service, hard to go wrong with them -their beef burgers are also nicer than the ones from Danny’s next door.

These are the only fish and chips I would eat locally. They always satisfy my fish and chip craving. The owners are lovely and always go out of their way to please. The grilled fish is a great go to healthy take away option if you can’t be bothered cooking. Look so forward to fish and chip night.
