3.5. Came for a weekend lunch and was seated in the lovely outdoors area of the restaurant. Had the karaage tori, soft shell crab tempura and wagyu shabu shabu roll which were ok. The volcano roll and small sashimi were delicious and the highlights of the meal. Would come back to try more of the sushi and sashimi.

I had dinner w some family here last night. The service was nice and friendly.
We ordered a home made sake which had a milky texture and a strawberry flavour which was nice.
We ordered a $100 sushi and sashimi platter, which was really good.
The pork gyozas were delicious, the small sushimi platter was of similar quality to the big platter of course.
The spicy edamame and plain edamame were good but teriyaki chicken skewers which were soo dry and burnt that I couldnt eat them off the stick.
We also tried some tuna sushi and they were nice but they fell apart as I tried to get them off the plate.
Overall it was above average but Ive eaten a lot better Japanese. The presentation however was excellent and some of the best Ive seen. But it was the food that mattered most to me!
