What a wonderful team of staff youve got here, Industry Beans. I was greeted and served with lot of smiles, genuine small chats and attention. I followed the recommendation to go with their special coffee beans for cold brew, Tade GG. I loved it, highly recommend, especially for these summer days. Then, I ordered Fruit Sashimi for something fresh to bite. It was a unique combination of flavours, such as the citrus raindrop cake and coffee caviar. Suits my adventurous tastebud for the day.
Ducking in for a quick bite, I was totally wowed by the innovative Juniper Berry Sous Vide Salmon. The listed ingredients were samphire, seaweed, snowpea tendrils, beetroot coral, edible sand, sea foam, yuzu jelly and of course salmon. I’m magnetised by unusual offerings.
This was such a fun dish for the tastebuds, which relished the delicate flavours of each ingredient while appreciating their harmonising effect and texture as a whole. The display was aesthetically pleasing and very Instagrammable.
The warehouse setting holds the coffee beans roasted onsite. The super friendly server was on point in helping me with my food choices while speedy service meant there was hardly any wait. One of the best cafe experiences in Melbourne’s competitive gastronomic scene – kudos Industry Beans.
