The shop looks old but it has one of the best lamb souvlaki in Melbourne. Very seriously good lamb. Generous portion. Great for takeaway or a quick and filling meal!!! Highly recommend it:)
The customer service representatives working at this establishment have not been educated on how to treat their customers. And if they have they are not fit for the job because that means they are deliberately misgendering customers which is blatant discrimination. Whoever is in management please make sure that you have not employed transphobic people to work at your shop! Stop referring to your customers by the honorifics or pronouns of a gender that is not theirs! Please educate your employees on how heart wrenching this can be for the customer. Some people are unable to leave the house because the pain of this happening is so excruciating. People want to go out into the world and spend time with friends and get some take away without it being ruined by someone with a closed mind or a heart full of hate.
Anyone with a basic education has some understanding that doing this to someone is fundamentally not ok! Please make your place safe for everyone. Im sick of going out with my friend only to have her heart be ripped apart by this contemptuous and distressing treatment.

They have kept their prices the same but lowered their standards like were just pigs coming in off the street. They are trying to capitalise on past successes of the business but be honest with yourself, you deserve better, they are cutting costs at the expense of your guts. Respect yourself. You deserve better.
