Totally loved this cafe on all fronts – beautiful space on a sunny Sunday afternoon and great spot to enjoy a yummy coffee and delicious food. We had the smoked salmon bruschetta and the vegan lunch, both were awesome. The rosti are perfectly crunchy and morish.
I’ve been past this cafe a few times but it’s often closed but not today yay!!
And I’m really glad I persisted. I was warmely greeted by a lovely lady who served me a great coffee. I noticed that the milk tasted creamier and I then noticed that they use Jersey milk which does seem to taste better than regular (Friesan) milk and I can digest it better. It’s the little things lol
They had good looking crossiants and slices available w a good range of food to order.
This is a homely cafe w big communal tables, newspapers and a relaxed casual inviting atmosphere. Warm air conditioning inside was just perfect on a cold winters day.
Relaxed music adds to the ambience of this place. I’m definitely coming back! And like a number of places now you can have a beer or a wine making it that much more inviting haha
And I’ve just read that they serve bloody Mary’s! Yummm. This place only gets better haha
