I have been to this cafe many times while the old owner and the new one were running the place. I prefer the new owners, yes they do change their staff Quiet frequently but they still do a great job in customer service, they are kind and respectful, they might have their off days but they still have a great range of food to pick from that is delicious. Their doughnuts* are great I have spoken to them and they get knew doughnuts everyday, I don’t know what u are eating sir but when I have a doughnut everyday it’s fresh and tastes wonderful.
Very average and just a sandwich bar. That said what they make is fresh and good value. Staff changes far too often for a sandwich bar so don’t expect consistent prices or to be remembered by staff. Even my coffee order is not remembered after a year under NOW ownership.

Great for Corporate Catering.. We use Cotton Mill for our catering for meetings and training. the food is always beautiful and well presented. It has always been delivered to our site on time and the hot food is always hot.. Tom is great, I have put in orders for group lunches and left it up to Tom to give me a good selection and he has never let me down.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!
New owners, everything gone downhill. Food is disappointing, attitude from staff is worse. This place was once full of customers and is now empty so I’m not the only one who feels this way. Avoid.
