Had a takeaway fried fish bento box – a little pricey for what it is.
Lovely koshihikari rice, which is short and slightly sticky. Fish is still firm and juicy inside the thickish batter.
Maybe the locals are starved of anything remotely Japanese. Maybe I should have stuck to what it’s known for, and that is the Japanese fish & chips.
