Have come here for lunch in a group of 10 people, we ordered a day ahead to make sure it wouldn’t take long. We came and was seated food was reconfirmed and came out within 10min, however the person was very invasive, shouting across the table when food was being served to the point we couldn’t understand him. There was a misunderstanding and he started to get mad with the mixup.
I ordered the open souvlaki, the meat wasn’t heated enough and not rendered and had a fatty taste. Felt a bit quesy afterwards
I feel quite bad to give this review but the low score is deserved for a few reasons. I’ve consistently been disappointed by the meals. First attempt was the parma! It looked great, the salad and fries were fresh but the chicken was thin and dry, like it had been cooked from frozen. The sauce was super sweet and quite offensively so. Next time i ordered the salt and pepper squid, the tiny portion of 6 mouthfuls was ugh, dissatisfying to say the least. It didnt taste or smell fresh either, most likely frozen squid. Yesterday i craved pizza (pizza places i go to happened to be closed on mondays) so i ordered a couple from here to be delivered – my partner has anaphylactic allergies to egg, dairy and peanuts so i made it very clear for there to be no cheese on his pizza. ETA was an hour… After an hour and a half pizza arrived; both with cheese!!! The man said he’d get it fixed right away and deliver it asap.. Close to another hour the correct pizza arrived. Obviously mine was stone cold by now but anyway They were just so bland. Tasteless. Dry. NEVER AGAIN. I felt too bad to get mad at the delivery man, but now after thinking about it they are a business and are offering food and service for a price and failed miserably. Disappointed and i regret that i kept giving them chances.
