Durian lovers you must come here! Theres durian cakes, durian sticky rice, durian ice cream.. I bought the best Vietnamese doughnut (its massive) for $1.50 & sticky rice for $3 (only available on Saturdays). Service was also very friendly & helpful.
FAMILY FAVOURITE – The asians across Melbourne all know about the famous Durian Cakes. Light fluffy sponge cakes with cream that never disappoints, the Durian is not too overpowering and reminds you of home/ Asia. Got another one pre-ordered from Footscray on and picked up on Christmas Day, its just as good as the first one I tried from Springvale, always has enough Durian inside and lovely presented. Very enjoyable to eat with the family. $74 for the cake in photo.
This little cake shop sits in the heart of Footscray opposite the Footscray Market.. we had other pastries in the past and decided to try the durian crepes this time round.. the crepe is filled with some sponge cake, cream and durian.. it is quite moist.. this place is famous for its durian themed pastries and they do deliver on flavour.. Good little shop to try out if you are looking for a durian fix..
