Fantastic Uyghur food considering its a 1 man band in the kitchen. Very authentic and you will need to be patient if it’s busy but well worth the wait. Definitely book if there more than 4 people and stick to the hand pulled noodles and lamb dishes. This is about as authentic Uyghur as you can get! 5 stars
Super friendly service. Uyghur surgeon turned chef Dwut has 1001 tales to tell you about his food and journey to Australia. Local gem. Superb for those who love spicy and flavoursome dishes. Handmade noodles are the best. However Dwut could be quite relax at times and your dish might come out a bit late. But it is worth the wait.
