Just ordered two burgers via Deliveroo and then only gets one in the bag, no fault of Deliveroo as the bag was sealed … for 36$ this was not worth it … highly disappointed
I’ve been trying burgers in Melbourne for a while now, just to try I visited burger joints that rank in the top 10 (according to the critics) I must admit I was disappointed with most of them all the hype and gimmick but not really an honest burger when it came down to taste, but finally I found the place!, I’ve coming back again and again.
Overloaded Caf is a small place on Barkly Street, Footscray. Nice place to enjoy with friends the authentic flavour of a traditional burger with no gimmicks just pure awesome meaty taste with no chemicals or preservatives just fresh out of the hotplate.
The first time I ordered the cheese burger, the beef patty is 200 gm of pure fresh (not frozen) beef on a wholemeal bun with sesame seeds, it’s actually good for you (do your own research you’ll be amazed).
I for one have a delicate eating regime but with Overloaded Burgers I was surprised that after having such a huge burger late at night, I was OK and didn’t feel heavy at all. One more reason to come back there, it’s tasty, fresh and huge serve, value for money I say.
I ordered the chicken burger and it was juicy and tasty chicken breast, it makes a delicious combination with the coleslaw salad and Japanese mayo just the way it was meant to be. We also had really nice chips were crispy and hot with fancy sauce and the South American sauce, and if you are hungry then the double Chicky is the way to go. My partner had the double chicky and just the size was impressive, tasty and huge value for money, definitely coming back.
I ordered the Prime burger and was amazed of it’s taste of the wagyu meat. It’s a delight to your taste buds, not often you find a great wagyu burger in the suburbia and the price is less than half of that in the city. Great taste and good value for money.
I visites Overloaded Cafe last week because of so many good things I heard about it from the people in the know and it didn’t disappoint, it’s a nice small place to enjoy a great burger, it’s juicy and delicious and really big so if you’re hungry that’s the place to be. I had a Overloaded Burger with hot chips (chunky) nice and crunchy and a decent serve as well and for a drink I ordered a cookies and cream milkshake it’s just perfect for my taste, not too sweet and as a bonus it has multi vitamins and minerals. This is something hard to find not for everyone but if you’re health conscientious like me it is a must to have.
