Wow, this place is horrible! We had two large tables, 13 of us in total. There was one waitress between the two tables. Service was slow. Food was slow. Food was actually dry, over cooked and a very fishy smell. We ordered the sour soup, one for each table. One soup sat there on the open flame for 10 minutes without any bowls, spoons or additional compliments served. When we complained, they came out with an empty pot and proceeded to divide the soup into two. According to them, the one serve of soup is actually two. Absolutely horrible. We will NEVER be back.
Horrible customer service! It’s a real shame as I do like coming here for the Bbq style rice paper roll. The two other dishes looks like they have been sitting out for a long time and reheated -and quite inedible. When we told the owners – they just dismiss it saying that they have cooked it fresh. There is a different from crispy and refrying something to death/ old oil. I don’t think I’ll come here anytime soon.
