Food and service were certainly below average. Lobster was too soft – which I suspect was not so fresh.Sweet & sour pork doesn’t have the crunch/crisp, it was soft and lack in flavour. Certainly was fried beforehand; perhaps stored in fridge and cooked later. Chicken was good Fish was bad, stinks a bit.Fried prawn in duck liver sauce – crispy for sure, but lack in flavour & not cleaned properly ( can see black intestine)
